kids camping recipes

Mountaineering or mountain climbing is a classic sport, which has been done for countless years. Whether you use a tent, RV, cabin, or lay out under the stars, you will find that camping can help you to get in tune with all the nature that is around you.

My favorite place to hike is the Rocky Mountains. It is always better to go on a short trip to begin with, just to get the feel of the camping experience. Hiking not only physically stimulates you, but mentally as well.

I bought a mummy style sleeping bag, and a lot of other survival outdoor camping equipment. Make sure to bring along a first aid kit complete with sterile bandages, gauze and disinfectant. Never let the kids wander around at night as unless they ve been taught not to shine their flashlight beams into other camping sites which can upset the other campers.

If you are planning on building a firepit, look for a clearing or firepits that have already been in use. Camping is the perfect opportunity to do some star gazing.

big sur camping - stick to the fundamentals.
